a 1k wordcount is hobbling, I say
May. 20th, 2019 11:28 pmI have now turned in 2/5 finals, clocking in at just over 4k words fed to turnitin. The other three courses are much lighter in volume, and I've got two more days to finish before going back in to hand them over.

apologies for liveblogging finals, I just need some sort of benchmark of productivity, and progress looks a lot better typed up than the 'how many words to go' post-it note I've got hanging on the wall next to me
I crave that sweet sweet validation

Date: 2019-05-21 07:29 am (UTC)the last unit for this course was on risk-benefit analysis and prof really wanted an example of greenhouse gasses, so I just pulled them back up; I grew up sorta adjacent to a lab so I remembered that much, but I really don't properly know anything more than I pulled up tonight :_D
technically my last due dates are on thursday, but I need to go back onto campus to turn them in so I should be done on weds x.x
we're nearly there though! this is the last push! have you got fun topics at least?

Date: 2019-05-21 09:49 pm (UTC)and like, I didn't appreciate it then, like I couldn't see the forest for the trees, but now I'm in metaphysics and things at public school ($$$) and having a real grasp of one system of thought is actually great context to build everything else off of. it comes back in funny ways!
